It is the dawn of a new era of peace and cooperation. An historic meeting is taking place aboard the world’s most majestic Ocean liner, The Queen Elizabeth 2. The U.S. President is meeting with the Premier of the People’s Republic of China to discuss a controversial arms control initiative, which would find the U.S. and China disarming their nuclear stockpiles. Seizing an opportunity to disrupt closer US-China relations, a group of well-armed, well-trained pro-Taiwan fanatics fronted by a gorgeous and dangerous martial arts movie star, plot to take control of the ship. They strike, taking command of the QE2. If their demands aren’t met they have the ability to destroy the QE2 and her occupants, including two world leaders, by detonating a bomb planted aboard, and to launch all of China’s nuclear warheads at the US as soon as a satellite moves within range of the ship.

The only hope, our two American heroes: two brothers who are operatives for separate government agencies--the Secret Service and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. The Secret Service agent, on board as part of the President’s entourage, uses a personal radio to get word to the outside about the events transpiring. As he eludes capture by the terrorists, he picks them off one by one. His brother, who lives for danger, volunteers for the QE2 rescue mission. To get aboard the ship, he must successfully execute a dangerous parachute jump from a Combat Talon hovering four miles above the QE2. As the SS agent joins up with US Navy seals in a gun battle against the remaining terrorists, his brother races against the clock to diffuse the bomb. If they don’t succeed it could mean the end of the free world…

Based on the novel by Richard P. Henrick, the best selling author of Crimson Tide.
