The Joe Lando Web Page - Meet the Winner of the Sully Buckskins

And The Winner is ...

In early May 1999, an auction was held on this website to raise money for a trust fund for six children of a crew member from DQ who, together with his wife, was killed in a motorcycle accident. Joe had already donated several items of Sully's from his own personal collection and, in addition, he very generously donated a pair of Sully's buckskins to be put up for auction here.

Bidding took place over a five-day period and, during the last hour, the bids came in fast and furious. The winner has very graciously allowed herself to be identified and I would like to introduce you all to Sue Berlin, pictured below with the buckskins ... and Joe. Sue thought she was just bidding on a pair of buckskins, but the fact is, she got a lot more than she bargained for!
