BEVERLY HILLS – (January 21, 2002) – Starring Shirley Jones (“The Partridge Family”), Laurie Plaksin (The Spot) and Joe Lando (“Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman,” “Higher Ground”), the magical fun-filled family adventure THE ADVENTURES OF CINDERELLA'S DAUGHTER premieres on video and DVD on February 26. Where the fairytale ends, the real fun begins. Every child, everywhere, has heard the magical story of 'CINDERELLA,' the young girl who made a wish to her fairy godmother and all of her dreams came true. Now in an enchanting full-length family feature, THE ADVENTURES OF CINDERELLA'S DAUGHTER, reveals the next chapters of Cinderella's happily-ever-after, as Queen, and mother of the coolest royal family in the land.

Academy Award winner Shirley Jones stars as the Fairy Godmother and newcomer Laurie Plaksin sparkles as the beautiful Princess Cindy, Cinderella's teenage daughter who wants more than anything to be an ordinary teenage girl. Joe Lando stars as “King Gregory,” the charming Prince and now… Cindy's dad. Jim Wise (“Even Stevens,” Not Another Teen Movie) plays Fred, Cindy's fairy Godbrother in training, while Laurel Moglen (Lip Service, “The 70's”) plays Cindy's evil step-aunt Alexa. Joining the cast for special guest appearances is Marvel comic legend Stan Lee as the Priest who marries Cinderella to the prince, and Roger Rose (Ski Patrol) as the Wedding Warlock.

Queen Cinderella's Daughter, Cindy, has a crush on Gavin, a dashing young commoner at her Medieval High School, a suitor her father would surely not approve. Cindy's wish is answered when she meets her very own Fairy Godbrother, Fred. Fred uses his undeveloped magical powers to help Cindy try out for the Cheerleading Squad, turn Gavin's rival for Cindy's affection into an ape and take Cindy on a magical journey back in time to attend the wedding of Cinderella to the Prince – a wedding that might have been foiled by the Wedding Warlock if not for Cinderella's Fairy Godmother.

Like mother like daughter, Cindy's Adventures are sure to enchant for generations to come.
